Atlas Security Implements New Customer Service Department In an effort to provide better service to our customers, Atlas Security Service is proud to announce the start of its Customer Service Department. Currently, when a customer calls in to request service for their alarm system, ask a question, or request any other information that is not related to an actual alarm condition, they most likely will talk to one of our alarm operators.   Starting October 2nd, all calls that do not relate directly to an alarm at that time will be directed to our new Customer Service department.   Not only will this provide faster and better response to your service issues, but it also ensures that the alarm operators are always free and ready to handle an actual emergency situation. The Customer Service department will now handle any issue, ranging from a service request to a question about your call list.
